Keith Gardner – Quality Assurance

As a financial software tester for nearly eleven years, Keith Gardner finds satisfaction in working on the Quality Assurance team to further improve Rivet Software’s extensive product lines.  Always a communicator, Gardner also enjoys working directly with customers to identify and solve any technical issues that may arise.  Before making the jump to software testing, Gardner worked back office operations for OppenheimerFunds and served as a team leader for trade settlement and account transfers at Fiserv.  Gardner also worked for one of the leading golf software companies in the United States, where his duties included testing, training and performing on-site installations, as well as managing the customer support department.
