Greg Rohan – Chief of Staff

Greg Rohan is Chief of Staff at Rivet Software in Denver, Colorado.  Greg has successfully helped numerous large, publicly held companies comply with the SEC mandate for XBRL.  His experience includes helping facilitate initial XBRL compliance while establishing long term strategies for XBRL integration for reporting and analysis.  By working with corporate executives and directors responsible for XBRL compliance at these companies, Greg has been instrumental in designing successful XBRL implementations from design to SEC submission.  He brings experience from the private business sector and is skilled at process planning, market analysis and business development.   Greg holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Colorado.
