Christy Rohrs, CPA – Director of Corporate Compliance and Reporting

Christy is leading the educational and professional services for Rivet’s customers participating in the SEC Voluntary Filing Program, and oversees the creation of XBRL financial statements for submission to the SEC. Christy is directing the Rivet Software contract with the SEC for developing and implementing the XBRL Interactive Viewer for corporate finance as well as the Mutual Fund Viewer; both accessible from the SEC web site. Christy is an active CPA. Her accomplishments include 5 years as an Auditor for a Public Accounting Firm, then multiple roles in accounting in private industry, followed by 9 years of increasing responsibility and leadership at a fast growth software company, FRx Software (now a division of Microsoft Business Solution) in their accounting and client services area. Christy holds a BS in Accounting with emphasis in Finance from Metropolitan State College.
